Role & Responsibilities

• Organize and manage stock efficiently, monitoring product turnover, new arrivals and changes so the sales team has the information needed to provide effective customer service.
• Manage product replenishment and stock activities, including cycle counts, inventories and stock maintenance.
• Ensure counts are completed regularly and report discrepancies to the line manager.
• Handle customer repair requests and complaints, ensuring company after-sales procedures are followed meticulously.
• Assist colleagues responsible for administrative activities.
• Participate in operational activities required to ensure efficient boutique operations.
• Ensure company policies and standards are followed at all times.
• Actively support the preparation and execution of inventories.

Qualifications

• Previous significant experience in stock management within structured companies in luxury and retail.
• Customer-service orientation and commercial acumen.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in French and English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to develop within the organization.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Openness to new technologies and knowledge; RFID knowledge is an advantage.
