Moncler is hiring Seasonal Retail Runners for its London Selfridges store from November 2026 to January 2027, on a part-time seasonal basis of 20–32 hours per week. The role supports sales and stock teams with client experience, product replenishment, stockroom organisation and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team during the selling ceremony.
- Help the sales team achieve strong selling performance and results.
- Ensure the sales team has the products and information needed to deliver an efficient, distinctive client experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising in line with company guidelines so products are presented for sale to a high standard.
- Maintain product quality and cleanliness on the sales floor, at the till and in the back office, including storage, folding and organisation.
- Assist with packing and wrapping, keeping the store clean and offering complimentary refreshments.
- Help the back-of-house team organise and maintain stockroom areas and merchandise.
- Handle product replenishment and stock activities across sales and stock areas.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing energy and motivation and acting as a reliable partner.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and client service.
- Ability to communicate in English; another language is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
