Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated, engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or a member of management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the back of house to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment so the sales team can serve clients efficiently.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive, responsive assistance.
• Support daily product flow, including replenishment, go-backs, stock organization, and merchandise movement between the back of house and front of house.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back of house and sales floor.
• Assist with inventory activities, cycle counts, and other operational needs as requested.
• Help maintain Moncler visual merchandising standards, including product organization and repositioning.
• Ensure merchandise is handled appropriately and readily available for client and business needs.
• Provide flexible support as a team player in response to store needs and priorities.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
• Maintain Moncler standards for professional presentation, grooming, and behavior.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and urgency, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management or the company.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Client-focused, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with willingness to support wherever needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Interest in Moncler and the luxury fashion industry.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge, store procedures, and operational standards.
• Effective communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability throughout the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days, based on business needs.

Skills

Experience

Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred but not required; experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment and luxury retail experience are pluses.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 23 per hour.
