Moncler seeks a Sales Advisor for its Saint-Germain boutique in Paris on a full-time, 39-hour fixed-term contract from late November 2026 to mid-January 2027. The role delivers personalized client service, presents the Maison’s collections and collaborations, supports sales targets, and contributes to clienteling, visual merchandising, stock management and inventories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable service in accordance with Moncler’s commercial policy and excellence standards.
- Welcome, assist and advise clients throughout the Moncler sales ceremony, sharing the Maison’s values, history and heritage.
- Provide a distinctive, warm and personalized client experience; build lasting relationships through the sales journey, after-sales follow-up and clienteling.
- Present the permanent collections, Moncler Grenoble line and Moncler Genius collaborations, and introduce clients to Moncler’s different universes.
- Contribute to individual and collective sales objectives and boutique performance.
- Follow internal procedures and merchandising rules, and maintain the boutique to a high standard.
- Implement visual merchandising standards across the Maison’s different universes in collaboration with the dedicated team.
- Participate in product replenishment and manage stock rigorously.
- Help prepare and carry out stock inventories.
- Stay informed about Moncler Group news and sector developments to deepen expertise and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating enthusiasm, energy and daily commitment.
