Moncler is seeking a People Organizational Excellence Intern for its People & Organization team at its Global Headquarters in Milan. The full-time, six-month internship supports global HR process improvement and the evolution of HR tools; immediate availability is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the analysis and mapping of HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop efficient, innovative solutions.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements, support the evolution of HR systems, and help implement features that enable business processes.
- Prepare training materials and communication initiatives to encourage end users to adopt and use HR tools effectively.
- Work with international teams and stakeholders to gather local requirements and promote solutions aligned with global business needs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in HR processes, digital tools, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in an international, cross-functional environment.
