Moncler seeks a People Digital Communications and Engagement Intern to join its People & Organization team at its Milan headquarters. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting in November, focused on internal storytelling, digital content creation, communication scheduling, and employee engagement channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation of storytelling content to communicate employee engagement programs.
- Contribute to the design and creation of digital and visual content, including newsletters and advertising materials.
- Assist with managing and scheduling communications according to the internal calendar, and support employee engagement and people care activities.
- Coordinate internal engagement and communication channels.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Good command of design tools, including Canva, InDesign, Adobe Premier, and Photoshop, and a strong interest in digital areas.
- Background in creative and digital communication.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling.
- Creative and innovative approach, with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual formats.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
