Moncler is seeking an Outlet Store Manager to lead its Leccio The Mall outlet, delivering commercial performance and qualitative objectives while developing the team through a hands-on, coaching-oriented approach. The role covers client relationships, KPI-led action planning, visual merchandising, product and brand knowledge, and clear team priorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build authentic, attentive, long-lasting client relationships through active listening and by addressing customer expectations.
- Drive outlet performance and results by analysing KPIs and implementing action plans to achieve ambitious targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Moncler’s guidelines.
- Strengthen the team’s understanding of the brand’s history and values, and their ability to promote collections and product features naturally.
- Create a stimulating work environment built on trust and respect for diversity.
- Empower and inspire team members by recognising individual strengths and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
- Lead the team towards shared objectives by identifying priorities and tasks clearly and defining roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in structured fashion, luxury or retail organisations; outlet experience is a plus.
- Proven excellence in customer service.
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems and tools.
