Moncler is seeking an IT Applications Manager for its Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function at its Milan headquarters, focused on Finance & Controlling and integration with Procure-to-Pay processes. This maternity-leave contract is governed by the CCNL Tessile; the stated gross compensation package range is €45,000–€55,000 and includes competitive corporate welfare services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional IT system requirements.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement IT processes to optimize efficiency; keep processes up to date and recommend and implement improvements where necessary.
- Work with technology vendors to assess and identify products and solutions for the relevant area of expertise.
- Plan and execute projects on time, within budget, and in line with available resources.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, control, and reporting for the development and management of information systems in the relevant area of expertise.
- Manage the definition and management of service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to continuous service improvement in the relevant area of expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Service Management, end-to-end SAP implementations including analysis, design, and configuration, and integrations with external systems.
- Functional competence in financial areas, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, supplier onboarding, and supplier qualification.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur Expenses and Travel is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Strong customer orientation.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of experience with SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
