Moncler seeks a Facilities and Fleet Intern for its General Services Department at its Milan headquarters. This full-time, six-month internship supports fleet administration, operations, vehicle lifecycle management, cost reporting and company car policy implementation; the monthly internship allowance is €800.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management and updating of fleet data, vehicle assignments and related documentation.
- Assist in monitoring fleet operations, including contractual deadlines, maintenance activities, inspections and tire replacement schedules.
- Support vehicle lifecycle management, from orders and deliveries to returns and replacement cars, coordinating with drivers and external providers.
- Assist with administrative management of fleet-related costs, invoices, mileage reports, claims and fines.
- Prepare reports and analyses on fleet performance, utilization and costs.
- Support implementation of the company car policy and related processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Category B driving licence.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Teamworking attitude, attention to detail, confidentiality and a proactive approach.
