Moncler is seeking a Creative Project Management Intern to support its Brand Studio in coordinating campaigns, content, and graphic projects from brief to delivery. This full-time, six-month internship starts in November and includes project coordination, asset organization, and workflow support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track creative requests, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Keep project management tools updated with clear assignments and status information.
- Coordinate meetings, record action items, and follow up on next steps.
- Organize creative assets, project files, and documentation for easy access.
- Gather briefs, consolidate feedback, and prepare materials for review.
- Support collaboration between creative, marketing, and other teams.
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks for freelancers and external partners.
- Identify small improvements to streamline everyday creative workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
- Professional use of English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage several tasks, ask questions, and flag potential delays.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
