Moncler seeks a full-time Russian-speaking Client Advisor to join its Zermatt team from January 2027. The role focuses on distinctive client experiences, sales performance, clienteling and after-sales service, store standards and inventory, while contributing to team targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive client experience, establish long-term relationships, take ownership of every stage of the sale, provide after-sales service and clienteling, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Implement and support store visual standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team; manage replenishment and stock.
- Actively support the preparation and execution of inventories.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, contribute energy and motivation, and act as a reliable partner.
- Help achieve collective milestones by meeting individual targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales; experience in fashion, luxury or retail is an advantage.
- Passion for retail and customer service, excellent customer and service orientation, and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
- Fluent Russian and German; good English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to develop within the company.
- Affinity for digital environments and openness to new ways of working.
- Impeccable presentation and natural elegance.
