Moncler is hiring a full-time Client Advisor as parental-leave cover at its Oberpollinger store in Munich, starting November 2026. The role focuses on client relationships, sales performance, visual standards, stock management and teamwork.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive client experience, establish the foundations for long-term relationships, and manage every stage of the sale.
- Provide after-sales service and clienteling, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Implement and support store visual standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team.
- Manage replenishment and stock.
- Actively support the preparation and execution of inventory counts.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing energy and motivation and acting as a reliable partner.
- Contribute to collective milestones through the achievement of individual targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales activities; experience in fashion, luxury or retail is an advantage.
- Passion for retail and customer service, with excellent client and service orientation and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
- Fluent German and good English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to develop within the company.
- Affinity with digital environments and openness to new ways of working.
