The Client Advisor Manager leads sales activity and a dedicated team, delivering the Moncler Client Experience while achieving sales targets and qualitative objectives. The role oversees clienteling, after-sales, store presentation, processes and team coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively lead sales activity to achieve excellent results and ensure every client receives the complete Moncler Client Experience.
- Achieve sales targets and key qualitative objectives.
- Manage a dedicated sales team identified on a regular basis.
- Drive sales, product knowledge and KPI management.
- Lead clienteling, after-sales service, client experience and client development.
- Oversee systems and processes.
- Maintain windows, displays and visual merchandising.
- Organize and coordinate the team.
