The Client Advisor delivers Moncler’s Selling Ceremony, achieves excellent sales results and builds profitable, long-lasting client relationships through brand storytelling and an understanding of client needs. Responsibilities span sales, product knowledge, clienteling, after-sales service, administrative procedures, stock and warehouse activities, and store windows and displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Moncler Selling Ceremony and achieve excellent sales results.
- Introduce clients to the brand’s values and heritage.
- Understand clients and their needs to build profitable, long-lasting relationships.
- Support sales and maintain product knowledge.
- Carry out clienteling, after-sales service and client experience activities.
- Complete administrative procedures.
- Manage store stock and warehouse activities.
- Maintain windows and displays.
