Moncler is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to join its Kitzbühel team. The role focuses on exceptional client experiences, sales results, clienteling and after-sales service, alongside visual standards, replenishment, stock management and inventory support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive customer experience, establish the foundations for long-term relationships, and manage every stage of the sales process.
- Apply after-sales and clienteling expertise to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Implement and support in-store visual standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team.
- Manage replenishment and stock.
- Actively support inventory preparation and execution.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, contributing energy and motivation and acting as a reliable partner.
- Achieve collective milestones through the attainment of individual goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales; experience in fashion, luxury or retail is an advantage.
- Passion for retail and customer service, excellent customer and service orientation, and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
- Fluent German and good English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to develop within the company.
- Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new ways of working.
