Moncler is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for its Gstaad store, starting in December 2026. The role delivers a distinctive luxury customer experience, builds lasting client relationships, achieves sales goals and supports visual standards, stock management and inventories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive customer experience, guide customers toward long-term relationships, manage every phase of the sale, and use after-sales and clienteling practices to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Implement and support store visual standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team; manage replenishment and stock.
- Actively support inventory preparation and execution.
- Contribute to effective, enthusiastic teamwork by bringing energy and motivation and acting as a reliable partner.
- Help achieve collective milestones by meeting individual goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales; experience in fashion, luxury or retail is an advantage.
- Passion for retail and customer service, excellent customer and service orientation, and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its associated products.
- Fluent German and French; good English skills. Other languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to develop within the company.
- Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches.
- Impeccable presentation and natural elegance.
