Moncler seeks a Client Advisor for its Fiumicino Airport boutique, working 30 hours part-time. The role guides clients through the brand’s values and heritage, builds lasting client relationships, delivers strong individual and team results, and supports visual standards, replenishment, stock management and inventory activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive client experience and build lasting relationships by managing every stage of the selling ceremony, after-sales service and clienteling, while providing a warm, welcoming environment.
- Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Maintain the company’s visual standards in store in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management.
- Actively support the preparation and execution of inventories.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing energy and motivation and acting as a reliable partner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales; experience with structured fashion luxury or retail companies is a plus.
- Previous international experience in professional and non-professional contexts.
- Passion for retail, a client-oriented approach and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and sensitivity to products.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to grow within the organisation; willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
