Moncler is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its Berlin KaDeWe boutique, starting in June 2026. The role focuses on distinctive client experiences, sales performance, store operations and effective teamwork.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive customer experience, establish the foundations for long-term relationships, and oversee every stage of the sale.
- Provide after-sales service and clienteling, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Implement and uphold visual standards in the store in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team.
- Manage replenishment and stock.
- Actively support the preparation and execution of stocktakes.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing energy and motivation and serving as a reliable partner.
- Contribute to collective milestones by achieving individual targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales; experience in fashion, luxury or retail is an advantage.
- Passion for retail and customer service, excellent customer and service orientation, and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
- Fluent German and good English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to develop within the company.
- Affinity for digital environments and openness to new ways of working.
