Moncler is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for its Antwerp boutique, working 23 hours. The role delivers a distinctive client experience, builds lasting client relationships, achieves sales targets and supports visual standards, stock management and inventories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guides clients through the brand’s values and heritage, understands their needs, and builds profitable, long-lasting relationships.
- Delivers a distinctive client experience across the selling ceremony, after-sales service and clienteling, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Achieves individual sales results and contributes to team targets.
- Maintains the company’s visual standards in store in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team, and ensures replenishment and stock management.
- Participates in the preparation and execution of inventories.
- Works effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing energy and motivation and acting as a reliable partner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured luxury fashion or retail companies is a plus.
- Previous international experience in professional and non-professional contexts.
- Passion for retail and client service, with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and sensitivity to product.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency and sophistication in Dutch, French and English; another language is a plus.
- Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
