Mom Le Prélet seeks a Dial Maker to perform touch-ups and transfers on high-technology components, develop prototypes, support workshop colleagues, and carry out quality-controlled production. The role also contributes technical and process improvements and requires confirmed transfer-printing experience; a dial-maker diploma is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform touch-ups and transfers on highly technical components, including enamel pieces.
- Research and conduct trials for prototype development.
- Train and provide technical support to new workshop employees.
- Propose technical improvements.
- Carry out production operations according to production priorities and deadlines, established methodology, work stages, and quality criteria.
- Inspect completed work against specified quality standards and immediately report any anomalies to the workshop manager.
Qualifications
- A dial-maker diploma is preferred.
- Confirmed experience in transfer printing.
- Complete command of production tools, including manual and semi-automatic machines and Marcel-Aubert equipment.
- A keen aesthetic sense.
