Moët Hennessy seeks Working Student for Office Operations in Munich, Germany. Administrative support role, 20 hrs/week, minimum 12 months.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations including mail processing, invoice management, and digital filing
  • Serve as on-site point of contact ensuring smooth administrative workflow and office continuity
  • Assist with fleet management tasks such as vehicle intake, key administration, and fuel card management
  • Communicate with external service providers including telecommunications and logistics companies on contract and support matters
  • Participate in internal processes such as IT equipment distribution and maintenance of databases and organizational systems
