Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations including mail handling, invoice processing and digital filing
- Serve as the on-site point of contact to ensure smooth office functioning and a professional workplace environment
- Assist with fleet administration: vehicle intake, key management and fuel card coordination
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., Telekom, Mobex) and support on contractual or operational support matters
- Contribute to internal operational processes such as dispatching IT equipment and maintaining lists and systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme
- Some practical experience from internships or previous working-student roles
- Excellent written and spoken German and strong English skills
