Moët Hennessy seeks a working student Client Ambassador & Host for the Moët & Chandon Bar at KaDeWe Berlin. Luxury hospitality role with flexible scheduling and employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the brand face and ambassador for Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, making a lasting first and final impression on guests
- Engage guests with compelling brand narratives and heritage stories, inspiring repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Greet customers with warmth and personalization to create memorable hospitality moments
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers to support sales targets and achieve commercial objectives
- Advise, prepare, and serve beverages and accompanying food according to customer preferences with polished, refined service
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all champagne categories and related offerings
- Stay current with advertising campaigns, new product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and retail excellence throughout all customer interactions
- Operate with responsibility and solution-oriented thinking to benefit both guests and the company
- Adhere to all company management systems, safety protocols, security guidelines, and inventory management policies
- Cultivate positive and respectful working relationships to support team cohesion and shared objectives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a full-time study program
- Proven experience in luxury retail, lifestyle hospitality (bar, lounge, or restaurant), or high-touch service environments
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages preferred
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience with customer retention and relationship management
- Ability to manage various payment methods competently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with genuine enjoyment of hospitality work
Skills
Experience
Beginner to intermediate level. Ideally with proven experience in luxury retail, lifestyle hospitality venues such as bars, lounges, or restaurants, or comparable service-oriented environments. Prior knowledge of wines and spirits is advantageous; comprehensive champagne training will be provided.
Education
Currently pursuing full-time university studies. Secondary or higher education required.
