Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development for Château Minuty by collaborating with the Moët Sales team and local distributors to secure new listings.
- Expand distribution and visibility of Château Minuty in On-Premise and Retail sectors.
- Promote 'By the glass' listings of Château Minuty.
- Identify and execute efficient activation opportunities.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, educating and inspiring internal and external stakeholders to become brand advocates.
- Engage with trade influencers and key opinion leaders to enhance brand reputation.
- Organize and participate in events such as trade shows, consumer events, and masterclasses.
- Develop and implement global marketing programs within the market.
- Support new product launches and innovation projects.
- Create brand training toolkits and point-of-sale materials.
- Manage logistics for events, including stock and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director on social media and influencer strategies.
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on performance and trends.
Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- WSET Level 2 Award in Wine (desirable).
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, with at least 2 years in sales or as a brand ambassador. Proven track record in business development and experience in delivering brand training programs.
Education
Degree level education or equivalent.
