Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Route-to-Market (RTM) and Sales teams with commercial planning, order creation/amendment and monthly forecast accuracy updates, producing variance analysis and commentary.
- Act as first point of contact for commercial investment enquiries and coordinate Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) requests between RTM and Brand teams.
- Contribute to below-the-line activations, trade shows and account meetings by preparing ad-hoc presentations and materials.
- Maintain and improve reporting, forecasting and planning toolsets (Anaplan, FIP, Aspire, Power BI) to enhance data quality and commercial visibility.
- Drive data collection, reporting and depletion analysis to support stock management and FOC stock requests.
- Support strategic projects including account investment optimisation, delivery rationalisation and new route-to-market initiatives.
- Provide insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders and challenge existing ways of working to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in or recent graduate of a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Basic commercial literacy with an understanding of P&L and value chains; appetite to work with numerical data.
- Demonstrable organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English; knowledge of an additional international language is advantageous.

Entry-level / internship: beginner level commercial or sales-support experience preferred. Prior exposure to systems and data management in a commercial context is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent practical experience acceptable.
