Moët Hennessy seeks a Wholesalers Account Management Intern in London (hybrid) to support RTM sales operations, forecasting and commercial planning.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Route-to-Market (RTM) Sales team in commercial planning, contributing data-driven insight and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Act as first point of contact for commercial investment requests, assisting with order creation and amendments and managing FOC stock requests.
  • Maintain and update monthly forecast accuracy and perform variance analysis via Power BI dashboards, producing clear commentary on key performance drivers.
  • Assist with execution of tradeshows, brand activations and production of ad‑hoc presentations for prospect and key account meetings.
  • Coordinate New Line Form (NLF) processes across the RTM landscape and liaise with Brand teams on POSM requirements.
  • Drive data collection, reporting and depletion analysis to support stock management and commercial visibility.
  • Partner with the RTM team to maintain and improve planning and reporting toolsets (Anaplan, FIP, Aspire, Power BI) to enhance data quality and decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as account investment optimisation, delivery rationalisation and new route-to-market initiatives, working directly with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS); VBA is advantageous.
  • Experience or demonstrable interest in commercial data management, forecasting or sales operations; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional international language advantageous.
  • Organised, rigorous and autonomous with the ability to prioritise tasks and work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
