Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Travel Retail Central Marketing team in designing and executing 360° brand activations and product launches targeted at duty‑free and travel retail channels.
  • Assist regional teams (Asia, Europe, Middle East, Americas) in implementing Global Travel Retail strategies and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of marketing assets: presentations, point‑of‑sale materials, digital content and campaign toolkits.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and consumer experiences in airport boutiques, pop‑ups and onboard activations, liaising with retail teams and operations.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign optimisation and regional reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (creative and media agencies) to ensure timely delivery and quality control of activations.
  • Participate in business reporting, knowledge sharing and consolidation of best practices across regions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program (marketing, business, luxury management or related discipline).
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable interest or prior exposure to marketing, retail or luxury environments is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of retail fundamentals, consumer journey mapping and experiential marketing principles.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, culturally diverse environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • International experience or exposure to global teams is appreciated.
