Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of 360° marketing activations and product launches across travel retail channels (airport boutiques, pop-ups, onboard experiences).
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, presentations and digital content adapted for regional markets.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and consumer experiences in collaboration with regional teams and boutique operations.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to inform activation effectiveness.
- Participate in business reporting, consolidate learnings and share best practices with the four Travel Retail regions (Asia, Europe, Middle East, Americas).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (creative agencies, media) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in marketing, luxury management, communications or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional European language is highly appreciated.
- Understanding of retail dynamics, consumer journey and experiential marketing principles.
- Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with multicultural teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or experience in marketing or luxury retail is a plus.
