Moët Hennessy seeks Transformation PMO Consultant in New York; temporary contract for ~2 years, $12k-$17k/month, hybrid schedule.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the brand's Transformation PMO, serving as the central integrator across multiple functions and stakeholders
  • Convert strategic priorities into integrated business plans with defined milestones and measurable outcomes in partnership with brand leadership and broader taskforce
  • Maintain focus on critical initiatives required to achieve growth ambitions and provide visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs across the organization
  • Oversee execution of key cross-functional priorities across brand, commercial, finance, maison, and external partners; identify interdependencies and resolve roadblocks
  • Manage the operating rhythm of the brand Leadership Team by facilitating leadership reviews, business updates, and planning sessions; capture key decisions and define ownership
  • Maintain visibility of commitments and hold teams accountable for delivery; develop executive dashboards and transformation scorecards to monitor progress against strategic priorities
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between the USA brand team and Maison stakeholders, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable market plans and clarifying roles and responsibilities
  • Surface and resolve gaps between market needs and global initiatives; simplify processes and eliminate duplication of effort to strengthen ways of working across functions
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results orientation; improve executional speed, focus, and organizational discipline

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA degree and/or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in transformation, PMO, strategic operations, business planning, commercial leadership, or management consulting
  • Outstanding project and program management capabilities with proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with experience developing executive dashboards and scorecards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail

Experience

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in transformation, PMO, strategic operations, business planning, commercial leadership, or consulting. Preferred experience includes work in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or luxury consumer products sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree required, or MBA degree and/or equivalent professional experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 12,000 to USD 17,000 per month.
