Moët Hennessy seeks a Trade Marketing Manager in Amsterdam to deploy trade activations across on‑ and off‑trade channels in the Netherlands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy the Benelux trade marketing strategy into locally relevant activation plans for the Dutch market, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and category objectives.
- Translate brand and category strategies into high-impact on‑trade and off‑trade activations, from concept to post‑activation review.
- Lead end‑to‑end activation management: briefing, production oversight, implementation planning, field execution and performance assessment.
- Ensure excellence at point of sale through effective merchandising, visibility standards and brand presentation controls.
- Operate as the principal trade marketing interface for the Netherlands, partnering closely with Sales to support key accounts and secure activation agreements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines and deliverables to ensure efficient delivery and ROI adherence.
- Be regularly present in the field to audit execution, support sales teams and drive activation effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyse activation KPIs, sell‑out impact and ROI; produce clear reporting and actionable recommendations for optimisation.
- Handle multiple parallel projects with strong organisational discipline and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in trade marketing or commercial marketing, with demonstrable activation design and implementation expertise.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis and client presentations.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales dynamics across on‑trade and off‑trade channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present activation plans to customers and internal partners.
- Autonomous, hands‑on operator with strong executional rigor and organisational capability.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; conversational or advanced French is a plus.
