Moët Hennessy — Trade Marketing Intern (internship) in Singapore. 6‑month full‑time role supporting Off‑Trade, eCommerce, POS and events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and monitor trade marketing programmes and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) materials for Off‑Trade accounts and eCommerce platforms, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales and Key Account Managers to align promotions, artwork submissions, product listings and merchandising with brand governance and commercial calendar.
  • Manage Traditional Off‑Trade execution (convenience and independent stores): ensure visibility, optimal placement of POS and merchandising that influence shopper choice.
  • Support eCommerce activities including promotion coordination, content creation for product listings, price page maintenance and timely submission of promotional assets.
  • Track and analyse weekly Off‑Trade depletion data, monitor recommended selling price (RSP) and competitor activity across key accounts and eCommerce sites; produce regular commercial reports.
  • Coordinate participation in wine and whisky fairs, in‑store activations and sampling programmes; collect consumer feedback and relay insights to Sales teams.
  • Perform other assigned commercial and administrative tasks to support trade marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Currently an undergraduate student pursuing Business, Marketing or a closely related discipline; available for a 6‑month full‑time internship commencing 27 July 2026.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, meticulous and a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for cross‑functional coordination and supplier liaison.
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in luxury wines & spirits and appreciation for brand heritage and responsible tasting practices.
