Moët Hennessy is hiring a Trade Marketing Executive — On‑Trade in Mexico City. Hybrid full‑time role leading on‑premise activations for luxury wines & spirits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement trade marketing plans tailored to each brand in the portfolio for the On‑Trade channel (bars, clubs, restaurants).
- Plan and execute brand activations, events and experiential programs in key on‑premise accounts to elevate consumer engagement and ensure premium execution.
- Implement POP/POP materials, POS visibility and communication tools to optimise in‑venue presence and consumer experience.
- Coordinate and monitor national distribution of POSM materials from the maisons, aligning supply with regional needs and timing.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales and marketing teams to guarantee seamless activation roll‑out and commercial alignment.
- Ensure every activation reflects the brands' luxury values and standards; report activity outcomes to the Sr. Trade Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of trade marketing or activation experience within luxury goods, premium beverages or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience in event execution and BTL promotions in the On‑Trade channel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, activations or on‑premise commercial roles within luxury brands or premium beverage companies, with demonstrable delivery of on‑trade activations and events.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
