Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in the design and roll‑out of on‑trade visibility and activation projects across national on‑ and off‑premise accounts.
- Coordinate project implementation with internal visual merchandisers, external agencies and sales teams, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing strategy.
- Prepare presentation materials and sales tools for the commercial force to support activations and customer conversations.
- Build sales‑enablement tools and client‑facing materials to facilitate sell‑in and execution.
- Collect and analyse the results of activations; produce semesterly/annual performance reports and present conclusions to stakeholders.
- Manage material orders and track quotas via bespoke tracking tables; monitor budget consumption and prepare regular budget analyses and exception reports.
- Accompany managers on client meetings to contribute to project definition and ensure operational feasibility.
- Conduct regular competitive monitoring of competitor visibilities and report relevant insights to the team.
- Act as the interface between the sales force, trade marketing managers and the broader marketing organisation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 (Master level) programme with a specialisation in sales, marketing or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, organisational rigour and dynamism; client‑ and results‑oriented mindset.
- Creative thinker able to contribute new ideas for visibility and activation projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; solid command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Interest or sensitivity to the luxury sector and wines & spirits will be valued.

Open to candidates with limited professional experience; suitable for early‑career profiles or students seeking a six‑month internship to develop both marketing and commercial competencies.

Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
