Trade Marketing Assistant internship at Moët Hennessy France, Levallois-Perret. 6-month on-site role supporting wine & spirits brand activations and visibility projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visibility projects at client locations, including visual merchandising briefs, agency management, project tracking, and budget oversight
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external service providers to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Create presentation materials and activation briefs for sales teams and clients
- Conduct semestral and annual analyses of activation results and present conclusions to stakeholders
- Manage material procurement and track internal and external quotas through customized tracking systems
- Accompany managers to client meetings to define and scope upcoming projects
- Perform regular budget analyses and generate performance reports and surprise analyses
- Execute competitive intelligence activities, monitoring visibility initiatives deployed by competitors
- Act as primary interface between sales teams, management, and marketing departments
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate +4 or +5 degree with specialization in sales or marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Demonstrated organizational ability and autonomy
- Commercial and results-oriented mindset
- Sensitivity to luxury sector and wine & spirits industry
- Creative thinking with capacity to contribute novel ideas to visibility project conception and development
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or early-career professionals welcome. Prior experience in activation management or the wine and spirits sector is preferred but not required. Demonstrated understanding of commercial and marketing functions is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Baccalaureate +4) or Master's degree (Baccalaureate +5) with specialization in sales, marketing, or related commercial discipline.
