Moët Hennessy seeks a Territory Sales Manager to oversee the Kentucky market, managing distributors, priority accounts, sales goals, and territory development while supervising account leads and distributor teams. The role is remote within Kentucky and offers a permanent, full-time position with annual compensation of $112,000–$140,000 plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors for key accounts in the market.
- Communicate guidelines and expectations to distributors to ensure execution across all channels within scope, alignment with brand objectives and strategies, and delivery of targets.
- Track distributor KPIs against brand and market priorities and take corrective action as needed.
- Drive distributors to meet sales and depletion goals and execute the national and local program calendar.
- Participate in market and Maison visits, sales blitzes, and distributor education.
- Manage top Moët Hennessy priority accounts.
- Own sales and depletion goals for on- and off-premise channels.
- Inform the market lead of inventory risks and opportunities that could influence market forecasts.
- Own the program and activity calendar for distributor-managed and Moët Hennessy-managed accounts.
- Ensure account program and activation needs are met and executed within Moët Hennessy brand guidelines.
- Propose local-market programs and events for the program calendar in partnership with FTM.
- Conduct competitive analysis and propose new channel business opportunities to the market lead.
- Train and develop account leads and distributor teams, including GSMs and in-market training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and channel distribution; the role profile also states 7+ years.
- Deep understanding of and ability to deliver on consumer expectations within the territory.
- Flexible, adaptable mindset, with the ability to continually evaluate, revise, and respond nimbly to evolving business needs and changes in direction.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and distributor networks.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills to navigate complex relationships across broad geographies.
- Well-developed finance and budget management skills.

- Ability to support account visits, transport POSM, and meet essential business needs through frequent driving; a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
