Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute on‑trade commercial development across the Champagne and Lorraine territory through regular visits to bars, restaurants, caterers and B2B clients.
  • Secure and expand listings for Maisons in the portfolio and support market‑share growth of premium spirit and champagne brands.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships; prepare seasonal merchandising and activation plans under the tutor’s supervision.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations with wholesalers and support implementation of regional and national sales initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal in‑store product placement and rollout of promotional and animation activities.
  • Collect and report market intelligence: competitor actions, local dynamics and sales performance for the assigned perimeter.
  • Contribute to bespoke commercial offers for key trading periods and maintain accurate territory reporting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (Licence) or first/second year Master’s in Commerce, Sales, Marketing or equivalent (apprenticeship format).
  • Valid Category B driving licence (Permis B) — mandatory.
  • Strong local anchorage in the Champagne/Lorraine area; residence in or near Reims strongly preferred.
  • Client‑facing orientation with autonomy, initiative and a demonstrable appetite for commercial fieldwork.
  • Interest or sensitivity to gastronomy, hospitality, wines & spirits.
  • Rigour, curiosity and eagerness to learn from a senior commercial tutor.

Experience
