Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute monthly departmental T&E reports; analyze T&E spend versus budget and provide explanations for significant variances.
- Propose and prepare journal entries for reclassifications or corrections related to T&E; maintain T&E KPIs for inclusion in the Accounting Dashboard.
- Review and audit assigned employees' monthly expense reports for policy compliance and adequate supporting documentation; reconcile reports with outstanding American Express balances.
- Issue AMEX delinquency and personal expense delinquency notifications; coordinate with employees and managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely resubmission and approval.
- Manage Concur administration: maintain employee master data, ensure workflows operate per policy, upload daily SAE files from Concur into SAP, and train new users.
- Own Concur system improvements including implementation of Concur Intelligence and Concur AI Verify; liaise with Concur Help Desk to resolve processing issues.
- Produce ad‑hoc T&E analyses and reports to support internal controls and management review; participate in Concur upgrades and T&E‑related project work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; 3–5+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals and expense auditing practices.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders across functions.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including expense auditing, Concur administration, and SAP integration; experience within beverage alcohol or a regulated three‑tier distribution system is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred.
