Moët Hennessy Singapore seeks a Talent & Learning Intern (6‑month, full‑time) to support regional HR and learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, execution and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
- Support the delivery and coordination of learning programmes, workshops and career development activities.
- Develop and maintain Talent & Learning dashboards and reports; consolidate talent data to produce actionable insights.
- Provide project support including scheduling, documentation, stakeholder coordination and communications for regional projects.
- Coordinate meetings, regional communications and logistical arrangements related to Talent & Learning activities.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Availability for a 6‑month, full‑time internship (five days per week); able to start the second week of February.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time and multiple projects.
- Proactive, self‑motivated team player with a genuine interest in people development and talent management.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for undergraduate students or recent graduates with limited professional HR experience; prior internship or academic project exposure to HR or people development is an advantage.
Education
Undergraduate enrolment or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
