Moët Hennessy Singapore seeks a Talent & Learning Intern for a 6‑month full‑time internship supporting regional HR and L&D initiatives across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design, execution and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
  • Assist Talent Development projects including the rollout of learning programmes, career development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Develop, maintain and analyse Talent & Learning dashboards and reports; consolidate talent data to generate actionable insights for regional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute regional learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives, including logistics and participant management.
  • Provide project support for Talent & Learning initiatives: scheduling, documentation, meeting minutes and stakeholder coordination.
  • Organise Talent & Learning–related meetings, communications and regional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with regional priorities.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship, five days per week, beginning the second week of February.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Highly organised, self‑driven, meticulous and able to manage time, projects and processes efficiently.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent management or people development.

Experience

Entry-level role suitable for undergraduate students or recent graduates; previous internship or academic project experience in HR, learning & development, or people operations is advantageous but not required.

Education

Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
