Moët Hennessy — Sustainability Apprentice (apprenticeship) in Paris (7th arrondissement). 12-month placement from Sept 2026 in Corporate Sustainability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sustainability Directorate in deploying the Living Soils / Living Together programme and related initiatives across markets.
- Assist the Directors in charge of engagement, partnerships and social responsibility on project coordination and stakeholder follow-up.
- Contribute to the production of the annual Sustainability highlights report and other external communications (presentations, emailings, social posts).
- Conduct benchmarking and research on sustainability topics to inform strategy and communications.
- Organise and support events (e.g., ChangeNOW Summit, internal events) and prepare materials for international activations including WLSF preparation for 2027.
- Assist the management of strategic partnerships and help deploy sustainability trainings (Responsible Consumption, Soil Workshops, Climate Fresk, fundamentals of sustainable development).
- Maintain and update training content, animate the trainer community and support roll-out tracking.
- Support extra-financial reporting tasks: build and maintain the MH 2026 sustainability scorecard, track deployments and assist with PowerBI-based tracking and analysis.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in final year of a Master's programme (Business school, Communications, Political Science) or equivalent with a specialisation in sustainable development.
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Demonstrable interest and strong motivation for sustainability and international topics.
- Excellent written skills, rigour and capacity for synthesis.
- Project management aptitude, creativity and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
Entry-level; candidate should be in the final year of a Master programme. Previous internships or practical experience in sustainability, communications or project coordination are a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Final year Master's student (Business school, Communications, Political Science) or equivalent with a specialisation in sustainable development.
