Role & Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning initiatives for Belgium and the Netherlands, working with central planning and Finance/Sales teams to ensure accurate volume forecasts and demand-supply alignment
• Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing inputs on fulfilment rates, forecast accuracy, stock levels, and logistics performance
• Manage and roll out the Integrated Business Planning Project across markets, promoting change management and adoption of new processes and tools including Maestro and machine learning forecasting models
• Oversee the order-to-cash cycle for Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, and delivery
• Supervise and support the Customer Service team, ensuring high responsiveness and effective problem-solving for all customer-related matters
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Maisons, sales, marketing teams, and distributors regarding order and delivery status
• Ensure compliance with Moët Hennessy and LVMH policies, maintaining high-quality standards throughout supply chain processes
• Manage and monitor 3PL performance, including warehousing, co-packing, transport, and distribution across the three markets
• Track and optimise supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, fulfilment rate, OTIF, and logistics cost performance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve service quality
• Supervise and develop a team of five, providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and capabilities
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer orientation within the supply chain team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service within FMCG, luxury, or beverage industries
• Demonstrated experience managing 3PLs, transport, and warehouse operations
• Right to work in Belgium
