Moët Hennessy — Supply Chain Project Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris. Hybrid apprenticeship supporting supply chain transformation starting 12/10/2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to supply chain transformation projects under the supervision of the Supply Chain Planning Manager.
- Support project governance: coordinate meetings, draft minutes and follow-up action plans.
- Co-facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and assist in stakeholder alignment activities.
- Draft and refine standard operating procedures, role descriptions and process documentation to strengthen Private Sales supply chain processes.
- Participate in testing phases, assist end users during UAT, and support training and hypercare activities post-deployment.
- Support operational supply chain tasks to gain hands-on exposure (warehouse product rework, demand planning, allocation management).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in business or engineering with a Supply Chain or Project Management specialization.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated data-handling capabilities.
- Proven organisational rigor, proactivity and strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and basic project-management understanding.
- Fluent English; working knowledge of French is a plus.

Entry-level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; designed for students currently enrolled in a Master’s apprenticeship programme.

Enrolled in a Master’s degree (business or engineering) with a Supply Chain / Project Management curriculum.
