Moët Hennessy seeks a Supply Chain Operations Specialist in Bangkok to support supply chain, inventory, logistics, and reporting across Thailand and Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly demand forecasting files and update APO templates for Vietnam and Thailand.
- Consolidate inputs from internal teams, distributors, and regional planners; track forecast-accuracy KPIs and flag discrepancies.
- Archive product registration files, transfer-price documents, and shipment papers with the Regional Center of Excellence Customs Logistics team.
- Check purchase order quantities, landed-cost files, and SAP B1 entries.
- Coordinate with warehousing and delivery partners on shipments, stock transfers, and delivery schedules.
- Track and compile third-party logistics documents, including receiving reports, transfer requests, and delivery-performance data; maintain day-to-day communication with 3PL partners to ensure timely updates.
- Update stock reports and reconcile month-end inventory between Moët Hennessy and 3PL systems.
- Help organize periodic and annual stocktakes and prepare related documentation.
- Submit FOC requests, new SKU creations, and exception reports in Power Apps.
- Prepare recurring reports, including Stock Aging, OTIF, Warehouse Utilization, Temperature/Humidity, and Green Supply Chain reports, under guidance; maintain accurate files and submit reports on time to regional teams.
- Validate 3PL and customs broker invoices against contracts and budgets.
- Support purchase order creation and file documentation for audit readiness.
- Assist with Thailand, Vietnam, and regional documentation as required; maintain organized digital files and up-to-date operational documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Experience in demand or supply planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency with supply chain management software, including ERP systems, Power Apps, and Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
