Moët Hennessy Supply Chain Manager role in Hong Kong – lead IBP, logistics, and 3PL operations across HK & Macau.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring robust cross-functional alignment and consensus demand planning supported by statistical forecasts reflecting market realities and operational constraints
- Drive forecast accuracy, bias monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance demand planning effectiveness
- Conduct scenario planning, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to address supply and demand uncertainties proactively
- Establish and manage inventory strategies, stock policies, and replenishment parameters balancing service levels, inventory health, and working capital objectives
- Monitor inventory performance metrics, identify slow-moving stock and excess inventory, and implement corrective actions to reduce stock-out risks
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations for Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring operational excellence and compliance
- Manage strategic relationships with 3PL partners, establishing KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Lead logistics transformation projects including system enhancements, process redesign, and operational optimization initiatives
- Act as a logistics and warehousing subject matter expert, partnering with regional stakeholders to drive standardization and share best practices across the APAC network
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics Operations, and Supply Chain Optimization
- Strong expertise in leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and driving forecast excellence
- Proven track record managing 3PL providers and delivering service and cost performance improvements
- Demonstrated proficiency with forecasting, ERP, and supply chain planning tools
- Hands-on leadership style balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation and change management initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities
- Proficiency with Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, SAP ERP, and Power BI preferred
- Basic customer service knowledge to support issue resolution and regional collaboration

Experience
7+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, inventory management, logistics operations, and supply chain optimization. Proven success leading IBP processes, managing inventory strategies, and driving 3PL partner performance improvements. Demonstrated expertise in logistics operations, warehouse governance, and cross-functional transformation initiatives within international or luxury sector environments preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
