Moët Hennessy Supply Chain Intern position in Shanghai. Support PIM data management and third-party logistics bidding projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product master data within the global PIM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with Logistics, Planning, and Commercial teams to validate product information and ensure seamless data flow
- Conduct regular data quality audits to identify and resolve errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
- Serve as primary point of contact for product data-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Support end-to-end third-party logistics bidding projects
- Assist in operational data analysis, scenario modeling, and comparative evaluation of supplier proposals
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for candidate visits and facilitate communication between internal teams and potential partners
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated interest in supply chain operations and data-driven decision-making
- Highly organized, meticulous, and logical with strong focus on data integrity
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and analysis

No prior professional experience required; strong academic foundation in supply chain or analytics disciplines preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
