Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse, forwarders, and Regional Centre of Excellence teams to ensure stock receipts and dispatches align with SAP records
• Analyze incident reports, classify defects, and follow up with relevant parties on quality and shipping discrepancies
• Prepare invoices and shipping documentation for inter-company stock transfers and rebalancing activities
• Create and manage purchase orders and shipments within SAP systems
• Monitor and update bonded and duty-paid warehouse stock transfers, including batch reconciliation in SAP
• Apply for and track permit status on government platforms for regulatory compliance
• Support goods receipt and co-packing work schedules for finished goods operations
• Generate stock reports, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and investigate exceptions
• Conduct SKU creation, traceability checking, and demand planning system management
• Prepare data entry and documentation for month-end closing and audit support activities
• Assist with bin end and staff sales event logistics and operations
• Participate in supply chain optimization projects and prepare standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work delivery
• Proactive, resourceful approach with demonstrated ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience with or willingness to learn SAP systems
• Ability to commit to a full-time, six-month internship schedule

Experience

Beginner level; open to both undergraduate students and recent graduates with foundational knowledge in supply chain, logistics, or business operations.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
