Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse, forwarder, and Regional Centre of Excellence teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring stock alignment with SAP records
• Analyze Incident Reports, classify defects, and follow up with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and purchase orders for inter-company stock transfers and inventory rebalancing
• Monitor bonded and duty-paid warehouse stock transfers, update batch information in SAP, and assist with government permit applications
• Handle goods receipt for co-packing operations and monitor warehouse co-packing schedules
• Create SKUs, generate stock reports, reconcile physical inventory, and analyze exceptions for accuracy
• Support month-end closing activities through data entry and preparation of audit documentation
• Assist with bin end and staff sales operations, including SKU listing and on-site sales support
• Participate in supply chain optimization projects and prepare standard operating procedures as required

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work delivery
• Proactive, resourceful approach with demonstrated ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• SAP experience preferred but not required

Undergraduate student or recent graduate; degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
