Moët Hennessy Supply Chain Intern internship in Brussels, supporting Benelux supply chain operations, demand planning, and process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support documentation and harmonization of Supply Chain processes across countries, including creation and maintenance of a common process database.
- Participate in implementing new ways of working, tools, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Help monitor and improve forecast accuracy by analysing historical data, market trends, and input from Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track key Supply Chain KPIs and support corrective action plans when needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete product master data, including SKU attributes, pricing, specifications, and regulatory information.
- Update and monitor key databases and reference tools, including GS1, master files, and bottle books, to ensure data integrity.
- Assist the Customer Service team with daily order management when required.
- Support transportation and logistics performance analyses, identifying opportunities to improve service levels, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to product portfolio analyses to identify trends, risks, and assortment optimisation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- An interest in the wines and spirits industry is appreciated.
