Moët Hennessy Supply Chain Intern, Brussels. Support supply chain operations and process improvements across Benelux region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support documentation and harmonization of supply chain processes across countries through creation and maintenance of a common process database
  • Participate in implementation of new working methods, tools, and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Assist in monitoring and improving forecast accuracy through analysis of historical data, market trends, and inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Track key Supply Chain KPIs and support implementation of corrective action plans when needed
  • Maintain accurate and complete product master data including SKU attributes, pricing, specifications, and regulatory information
  • Update and monitor key databases and reference tools (GS1, master files, bottle books) to ensure data integrity
  • Assist the Customer Service team with daily order management activities as required
  • Support transportation and logistics performance analyses to identify opportunities for service level and cost improvements
  • Contribute to product portfolio analyses to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent in English
  • Interest in the wines and spirits industry is appreciated
