Supply Chain Intern at Moët Hennessy Brussels | Internship supporting Benelux demand planning, logistics, and process optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support documentation and harmonization of Supply Chain processes across countries, contributing to creation and maintenance of a centralized process database
- Participate in implementation of new working methods, tools, and process improvement initiatives
- Provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations to inform operational and strategic decision-making
- Assist in monitoring and improving forecast accuracy through analysis of historical data, market trends, and cross-functional inputs
- Track key Supply Chain KPIs and support implementation of corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate and complete product master data including SKU attributes, pricing, specifications, and regulatory information
- Update and monitor key databases and reference tools (GS1, master files, bottle books) to ensure data integrity
- Assist Customer Service team with daily order management activities as required
- Support transportation and logistics performance analyses to identify improvements in service levels and operational efficiency
- Contribute to product portfolio analyses identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain management, Operations, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and curious with hands-on problem-solving approach
- Fluent in English

Beginner-level experience; entry into professional supply chain environment with academic background in supply chain or operations management.
Education
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain management, Operations, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
